Peach + Blueberry Tart with Honey

Summer is here so I'm sharing this super easy, delicious peach and blueberry tart recipe. This yummy treat is packed with juicy fruit and is perfect for breakfast, snack or dessert. All you need to make this mouthwatering summer tart is seasonal fruit, puff pasty and honey. It doesn't get simpler than that. Also it's a great dessert to whip up when you don't want to spend much time cooing in the kitchen.

Peach Blueberry Tart

This simple and beautiful tart is a great way to use up some of the fruits you have at home. For this recipe I used fresh peaches and blueberries but you can use any stone fruit combination you like. I have made this recipe with nectarines, plums, apples and pears. Rest assured it's always a hit. Using store bought puff pastry makes it an effortless sweet treat.
