Grilled Pork Chops with Rosemary Garlic Butter


Ingredients

  • 2 bone-in, thick pork chops, room temperature

  • Himalayan pink salt

  • Freshly ground black pepper

  • 1 tbsp. fresh rosemary, chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup butter, melted


Instructions

  1. In a small bowl mix together butter, rosemary, and garlic. Set aside.

  2. Season pork chops generously with salt and pepper.

  3. Preheat a grill to medium heat. Place the pork on the grill. Grill the chops for 6-8 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through.

  4. Remove from grill. Brush pork chops generously with rosemary garlic butter.

  5. Garnish with fresh rosemary. Serve hot.
