Here's a super easy, delicious chia seed pudding recipe. It is very versatile and you can customize it in many ways. I used toasted coconut almond milk by Califia Farms for this recipe but you can use milk of your choice. For sweetener, I used organic raw honey, again feel free to experiment with different sweeteners. I love fresh fruit with my chia seed pudding, especially berries but you can certainly try your favorite fruit.
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup toasted coconut almond milk
Sweetener of your choice to taste
Couple of strawberries and blueberries
Mix milk with sweetener in a small bowl, add chia seeds. Mix well.
Cover and chill in the fridge until thickened. About 3-4 hours.
Stir well before serving.
Transfer it in your favorite cup and add your favorite fruits.
